What is the difference between the number of people engaging in agriculture, forestry, fishing, and animal husbandry according to the census and the agricultural population as determined by the Human Resources Surveys?

According to the census, the number of people engaging in agriculture, forestry, fishing, and animal husbandry includes full-time and temporary employees at year-end and those farmers and fisheries workers who have engaged in at least 1 day of such work during the year. In contrast, the agricultural population as determined by the Human Resources Survey refers chiefly to compensated workers engaging in agriculture and uncompensated household member workers engaging in agricultural work at least 15 hours per week.
