i. At the end of January, the total nonagricultural payroll employees was 7,500 thousand, increased by 4 thousand or 0.06% from last month and increased by 69 thousand or 0.92% than last January.
ii. The average total earnings (including regular and irregular earnings) in January was NT$93,144, affected by year-end bonuses and performance bonuses granted mostly in this month, it was 95.16% more than last month and was 23.66% more than last January.
iii. The average regular earnings was NT$ 39,679, 0.13% less than last month and 1.37% more than the same month of last year, while the irregular earnings was NT$53,465, 47.78% more than last January.
iv. The average working hour in January was 153.0 hours. Since the working day was less in this month with Chinese New Year Holidays, the working hour was 23.4 hours fewer than last month and 20.8 hours less than the same month of last year.
