The average employment in 2015 was 7,385 thousand, increased by 11 thousand (or 1.51%) than 2014. The average accession rate of 2015 was 2.33%, decreased by 0.18 percentage point than 2014. The average separation rate was 2.23%, decreased by 0.12 percentage point than 2014. The average working hour of 2015 was 175.3 hours, decreased by 2.6 hours than 2014. The regular working hour decreased 2.3 hours, while the overtime decreased 0.3 hours. The average regular earnings in 2015 was NT$38,716, which increased 1.33% than 2014. Together with regular and irregular earnings, the average monthly earnings of 2015 was NT$48,490, increased by 2.52% than 2014. The average labor productivity index of 2015 was 0.91% less than 2014, while the unit output labor cost index of 2015 was 6.22% more than 2014.
