The CPI in August 2023 increased 0.55% from the preceding month, and increased 2.52% compared with the same month of 2022. The PPI rose 1.83% from the preceding month, and decreased 0.06% compared with the same month of 2022. The IPI on USD basis rose 0.27% from the preceding month, and decreased 8.89% compared with the same month of 2022. The EPI on USD basis rose 0.20% from the preceding month, and decreased 6.20% compared with the same month of 2022.
