The seasonally adjusted real gross domestic product (GDP) increased by 1.98% on a quarter-on-quarter annualized basis in 2014Q3, and the year-on-year(yoy) growth rate of unadjusted real GDP was 3.78%, according to the advance estimate by DGBAS.

Owing to the significant growth of exports, the seasonally adjusted real GDP increased from previous quarter (saqr) by 0.49%, and the seasonally adjusted annualized rate (saar) rose by 1.98%. Meanwhile, the year-on-year (yoy) growth rate of seasonally unadjusted real GDP was 3.78% in 2014Q3, 0.16 percentage points higher than the former prediction (3.62%) in August.
