i. At the end of March, the total payroll employees were 7,961 thousand, decreased by 19 thousand (or 0.24%).
ii. The average regular earnings of full-time employees with Taiwan nationality (excluding the foreigners and part-time employees) was NT$44,473, increased by 1.46% than the same month of the last year. After adding the irregular earnings, the average total earnings was NT$50,228, decreased by 2.66% than the same month of the last year.
iii. The regular earnings of all employees (including full-time and part-time employees with Taiwan nationality and foreigners) was NT$42,309, increased by 1.56% than the same month of the last year. After adding the irregular earnings such as bonuses and overtime pays, the average total earnings was NT$47,750, increased by 2.84% than the same month of the last year.
iv. In March, the working hours of all employees were 175.6 hours. Because the working day was more than last March, the working hour increased by 9.1 hours.
