Data Source       

     All of the information except for tourism is obtained from official registration data, which are incorporated in the Statistical Abstract of Transportation and Communications published by the Department of Statistics, Ministry of Transportation and Communications. On the front of tourism, information on visitor arrivals by nationality and outbound departures of nationals of the Republic of China, contained in the Report on Tourism Statistics published by the Tourism Bureau, is obtained from the entry and exit records kept by the National Immigration Agency, Ministry of Interior. Visitor arrivals by length of stay and visitor expenditure in Taiwan from the Report on Tourists' Consumption and Activities Survey published by the Tourism Bureau.
