Are unpaid family workers considered "employed" or members of the "non-labor force"?

All "unpaid family workers" who actually help other household members (who constitute profit-seeking, self-run business operators or employers) during the survey's reference week but do not collect any compensation shall be considered "employed" if they work at least 15 hours during that week; such persons who work less than 15 hours shall be considered members of the "non-labor force."
